Wedding Favor Popcorn Balls

I have a great idea. Wedding favor popcorn balls!
Pop a big batch of popcorn. Put 8 cups of popped corn into a huge bowl.

Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter or margarine, 1/2 cup light corn syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium to high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture simmers. Then pour the mixture over the bowl of popcorn and stir with a wooden spoon until well-coated. Spray Pam on both of your hands and shape popcorn into balls about 2.5 to 3 inches around. Place on waxed paper to cool. Then wrap in plastic and tie with a colorful ribbon.

Wedding favor popcorn balls are a perfect treat for your guests.
