Sweet Fruit Salad

Here is a delicious recipe for sweet fruit salad made with sour cream and marshmallows. This would be great for a dessert reception as well as a dessert or a salad at a wedding buffet.

Sweet Fruit Salad

You will need:

2 cans of pineapple chunks with the juice drained and reserved!
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded coconut
2 cups mini marshmallows

Combine fruit, sour cream, coconut, and marshmallows with 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Mix well. Cover bowl and refrigerate until chilled. Make sure you keep this cold during the reception. It won't last long....
