Cheap Wedding Favor Box

You can make a cheap wedding favor box for each of your guests after you make your or buy your wedding favors. These small boxes can be found at any craft store. They say presentation is everything so these little boxes are perfect for wedding favors.I went to Wal-Mart this morning and found a kit with 50 small favor boxes. Tags and ribbon are included so you can write the name of the bride and groom and the date on the tags and attach to the box with a ribbon. You get the kit of 50 for $19. That is 38 cents a box.

Fold the boxes to assemble them easily and quickly. They are prefolded and then flattened to fit in the kit.

Add a few chocolates, such as truffles, chocolate covered raisins, cranberries, plums, or nuts and you have a delicious as well as pretty, yet inexpensive, favor that your guests will enjoy. Some other things to add would be mixed nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios, M&Ms in any variety, dried fruit mix, carob mix, trail mix, harvest mix, or some chewy movie-type candies. Fancy wrapped chocolates, chewy candies, or hard candies will also work.

If you want your tags printed, you can go to a website that Wal-Mart has set up with templates, click on Templates, enter the SKU number, and type in what you want printed on the tags.
