Wedding Reception Chicken Dishes
by: Juanita

Esther,
Wedding reception chicken dishes are a great alternative to the old days when beef was the way to go. Chicken is still less expensive than beef and it is so tasty and healthy for you.

Breasts or chicken tenders can be baked in the oven with fajita seasoning or lemon pepper seasoning with no flour or crust and be moist and delicious.

Depending on your oven, of course, the amount of time may vary, but simply coat the boneless breast or tender with fajita seasoning or lemon pepper seasoning and put on a cookie sheet with sides to prevent the grease from spilling. Bake at 350 degrees. About 20 minutes for the tenders and about 40 minutes for the breasts. Delicious stuff and so easy.

Serve with a green salad or a mixed salad, and a slice of hot french bread and you have a meal fit for the perfect bride and groom. What a great inexpensive way to go. So easy to prepare, too. This is a do it yourself wedding menu that will make the guests all wonder why they did not think of it themselves.
